A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he holds a master\u2019s degree in industrial and labor relations and a bachelor\u2019s degree in human resource management.<\/p>\n As HR Managers, Grimes and Carnicella assist clients with a broad range of HR specialties, including benefits, hiring management, employee relations and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n Decker is responsible for supporting a variety of clients with administrative, payroll and hiring management needs.
