Increasingly, companies that don\u2019t have the HR expertise and capacity are turning to us.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Grimes brings more than 30 years of diverse HR experience to myHR Partner including roles in manufacturing and healthcare industries.\u00a0\u00a0She is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany and holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification and is a\u00a0Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).<\/p>\n<p>Carnicella has more than a decade of HR management and consulting experience in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and government. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he holds a master\u2019s degree in industrial and labor relations and a bachelor\u2019s degree in human resource management.<\/p>\n<p>As HR Managers, Grimes and Carnicella assist clients with a broad range of HR specialties, including benefits, hiring management, employee relations and regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<p>Decker is responsible for supporting a variety of clients with administrative, payroll and hiring management needs.
