Supporters are invited to join the ArtsQuest Foundation for an evening celebrating the arts on Sunday, August 15, 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n

BETHLEHEM, Pa. \u2014 The ArtsQuest Foundation will host\u00a0Simply Linny<\/a>, an exclusive\u00a0Musikfest<\/a>\u00a0VIP experience honoring Bethlehem philanthropist Marlene \u2018Linny\u2019 Fowler on Sunday, August 15. This event, presented by Cornerstone Advisors, will take place in Terrace 2 of the Wind Creek Steel Stage for headlining act Black Violin.<\/p>\n

\u201cIn keeping with ArtsQuest\u2019s flexibility throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the ArtsQuest Foundation has adapted its known Linny Awards event to the Simply Linny event,\u201d Executive Director of the ArtsQuest Foundation Selena Lavonier said. \u201cThe Foundation will keep its tradition of honoring Linny Fowler\u2019s legacy outdoors, under an open tent, where guests can come together and celebrate the arts. It is important to keep customs alive in this ever-evolving landscape.\u201d<\/p>\n

Marlene \u2018Linny\u2019 Fowler worked tirelessly to elevate the Lehigh Valley\u2019s arts organizations and artists through her volunteerism and support. ArtsQuest Foundation supports the hundreds of arts, culture and education programs offered by ArtsQuest to the greater Lehigh Valley region each year. This year\u2019s Simply Linny event supports ArtsQuest Foundation\u2019s mission and is replacing the 2021 Linny Awards. The Linny Awards are planned to return in 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs long-range planning is fundamental to Cornerstone Advisors\u2019 work, the company is proud to support ArtsQuest Foundation\u2019s mission of sustaining artistic and cultural experiences for our community,\u201d President and CEO of\u00a0Cornerstone Advisors<\/a>\u00a0Rachel Lower said. \u201cNonprofit arts organizations were hit especially hard this past year and a half. A 2021 Musikfest poster signed by Wind Creek Steel Stage artists will be available for auction. Dinner and drinks will be served, and parking is included.
