ALLENTOWN STREETS REOPEN\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n All Allentown streets that had been closed for a time due to flooding from the remnants of tropical depression Ida have reopened.<\/p>\n Crews are sweeping affected areas and stop signs are being erected at Union and 3rd<\/sup>\u00a0streets where the traffic signal is out of service.<\/p>\n Devonshire Road remains closed from S 12th\u00a0Street to Poplar Street due to a downed tree.
