(Super Plunge: Friday, February 18, 2022 @ The Grand Eastonian)<\/em><\/p>\n

Festivities start at 11:00AM, Plunges start at 12:00Noon<\/strong><\/p>\n

The\u00a0Lehigh Valley Polar Plunge<\/em>\u00a0is an annual event to benefit Special Olympics PA. Plungers commit to \u201cFreezin\u2019 for a Reason\u201d and raise funds to dip a toe, wade, or jump into the icy Delaware River to show their support for our athletes. Super Plungers take it to a whole new level and plunge in an outdoor pool at the Grand Eastonian Hotel for 24-hours straight leading up to the big plunge at Scott Park.<\/p>\n

This frigid, family-friendly affair also includes food, entertainment, activities, and more! Spectators can cheer on individuals or teams from the viewing areas, too.<\/p>\n

Proceeds will directly benefit the\u00a02,700+ Special Olympics PA athletes<\/strong>\u00a0who train and compete year-round in the Greater Lehigh Valley Pocono Region, which includes Berks, Bethlehem City, Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe, Northampton, and Schuylkill.<\/p>\n
