BETHLEHEM, Pa. \u2013 Comedian and former U.S. Senator\u00a0Al Franken<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0will perform in the\u00a0Musikfest Caf\u00e9<\/a>, presented by Yuengling, on Fri., Feb. 18, 2022. Tickets to \u201cAl Franken: The Only Former U.S. Senator Currently On Tour Tour<\/strong>\u201d will go on sale beginning\u202fWed., Dec.\u202f15<\/strong>\u00a0for\u202f\u00a0ArtsQuest Members<\/a>\u00a0and to the\u202fpublic at\u202f\u00a0steelstacks.org<\/a>\u00a0beginning at 10 a.m. on\u00a0Fri.,\u202fDec. 17<\/strong>. Franken served Minnesota in the U.S. Senate from 2009-2018 and is the only U.S. Senator who was also one of the original writers for\u00a0Saturday Night Live<\/em>. During his fifteen seasons with SNL, Franken won five Emmys for writing and producing. He\u2019s also the author of four #1\u00a0New York Times<\/em>\u00a0bestsellers. The Al Franken Podcast is one of the nation\u2019s top ten politics and public affairs podcasts. Past guests include Malcolm Nance, Sarah Silverman, Paul Krugman and Chris Rock.<\/p>\n

On\u00a0Sat., March 12,\u00a0Adrienne Iapalucci<\/a><\/strong>, New York-based writer, comedian and podcast host, will perform in the ArtsQuest Center. Iapalucci made her debut on NBC\u2019s\u00a0Last Comic Standing<\/em>\u00a0and has appeared on a variety of popular television shows. Join\u00a0Doogie Horner<\/a>, author of \u201cA Die Hard Christmas,\u201d\u00a0Chip Chantry<\/a>, comedy writer for \u201cWhacked Out Sports\u201d and Nazareth native Tyler Rothrock on\u00a0Wed., Dec. 29<\/strong>\u00a0for\u00a0The Tinseltown Comedy Show<\/strong>. Following the Tinseltown Show will be\u00a0Improvised Standup: Holiday Edition<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0where standups and improvisers from the Lehigh Valley and beyond will create standup comedy on the spot, based on audience suggestions. Recover from the holidays during\u00a0Holiday Hangover<\/strong>, on\u00a0Sat., Jan. 8<\/strong>.
