2022 marks\u00a0We Banjo 3<\/strong>\u2019s 10th<\/sup>\u00a0year making music together\u00ad\u00ad, and the band\u2019s \u201cAwakening Tour<\/strong>\u201d launches an anniversary year ahead\u2013\u2013of special tours and performances, new music releases, and more\u2013\u2013to mark the milestone. For\u00a0WB3<\/strong>\u2019s \u201cAwakening Tour<\/strong>,\u201d the band and its community will reflect on what\u2019s been, celebrate what\u2019s ahead, and honor life\u2019s always evolving and ever-renewing rhythms.<\/p>\n

Prior to the band\u2019s spring tour,\u00a0<\/strong>WB3<\/strong>\u00a0completed a successful\u00a02 week tour of the\u00a0<\/strong>U.S. in December\u00a0of 2021–their first in 21 months–in support of their first ever holiday album,\u00a0A Winter Wonderful<\/em>. The 8-track album\u00a0 received\u00a0strong support. As\u00a0Country Standard Time<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0reviewed, \u201c[WB3\u2019s\u00a0A Winter Wonderful<\/em>] album is like the difference between a bike and the latest gizmo, as gifts for Christmas. While the newest electrical do-dads may be cool for a season, bikes will please and satisfy recipients \u2013 probably forever. Similarly\u2026the collection succeeds without applying a bunch of special effects. Instead, acoustic instruments, skilled playing and especially creative arranging should make this release a pleasant listening experience for many years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n
