BETHLEHEM, PA– The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts) will hold an Admissions Open House on Thursday, January 6, 2022.\u00a0 This event is great for prospective students and families to learn more about the school’s rigorous curriculum and admissions process. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the school facility and attend breakout sessions with directors of the school’s various artistic departments.\u00a0 Doors will open at 5:45 PM for tours, and the presentation will begin at 6:30 PM.<\/div>\n

An RSVP is required to attend. A link to RSVP is located on the school website,\u00a0www.CharterArts.org<\/a>.\u00a0 Masks are also required.<\/div>\n

Charter Arts is an audition-based public charter school that provides a comprehensive curriculum for high school students, grades 9-12, who have a passion for the arts. \u00a0 Students major in one of seven artistic areas: dance, instrumental music, literary arts, production arts, theatre, visual arts, or vocal music.<\/div>\n

Any student entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade who resides in Pennsylvania is eligible to audition. The school’s current student body hails from a ten-county region in eastern Pennsylvania.\u00a0 Auditions for the 2022-2023 school year will be held in late January\/early February and are by appointment only.
