This immersive festival, produced in partnership with Donegal Square\/McCarthy\u2019s Red Stag Pub, will kick off on St. Patrick\u2019s Day and last through Sun., March 20, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

BETHLEHEM, Pa.\u2014\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>\u00a0is proud to present Sl\u00e1inte, a celebration of Irish heritage\u00a0Thurs., March 17 through Sun., March 20<\/strong>. This new four-day experience is being produced in partnership with\u00a0Bethlehem\u2019s Donegal Square\/McCarthy\u2019s Red Stag Pub<\/a>. Single day passes, which include admission to all musical performances, will go on sale\u00a0Mon., Feb. 7<\/strong>\u00a0at steelstacks.org.\u00a0ArtsQuest members<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Circle donors<\/a>\u00a0can purchase passes at a discounted rate.<\/p>\n

\u201cSl\u00e1inte will be an immersive experience,\u201d ArtsQuest\u2019s Chief Programming Officer Patrick Brogan said. \u201cWe are enjoying collaborating with Neville Gardner\u2019s team at Donegal Square\/McCarthy\u2019s Red Stag Pub to bring the Lehigh Valley a truly elevated and authentic celebration.\u201d<\/p>\n

Several bands are coming over from Ireland including the Irish folk band\u00a0The Jeremiahs<\/a>\u00a0and traditional Irish music group\u00a0L\u00fanasa<\/a>\u00a0(pictured above). Pennsylvania\u2019s own Celtic group\u00a0House of Hamill<\/a>\u00a0will kick off the festivities on St. Patrick\u2019s Day. On Sunday afternoon, ArtsQuest will debut the First\u00a0Annual Sl\u00e1inte Fest Youth Fiddle Competition<\/a>. Passes for St. Patrick\u2019s Day are priced at $25 in advance and $29 at the door. Admission for Friday and Saturday will be $39 in advance and $44 at the door. Festival passes for all four days are on sale now on\u00a0steelstacks.org<\/a>\u00a0for $79 for\u00a0ArtsQuest members<\/a>\u00a0and $99 for the public. The festival will also include traditional food and whiskey pairings supervised by Neville Gardner, owner and operator of Donegal Square\/McCarthy\u2019s Red Stag Pub and Whiskey Bar. Additional details on VIP food and whiskey events will be released soon.<\/p>\n
