Food insecurity continues as we continue to battle the impact of COVID-19 here in the Lehigh Valley. In the past, ASPIRE has partnered with other community entities such as Just Born, New Bethany Ministries, and the City of Easton for their Pandemic Response: Community Food Distributions giving 40 lb. boxes to more than 900 families in the two years. A partnership with Aman\u2019s Artisan Indian Cuisine and others, ASPIRE\u00a0 has provided more than 1000 individual hot meals to under-served families throughout the Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n
On Saturday, February 26 from 4 to 7 p.m (or until supplies are exhausted), ASPIRE to Autonomy will host another food distribution for the underserved and unsheltered members of our community. This month,\u00a0 ASPIRE has partnered with Aman\u2019s Artisan Indian Cuisine, St. John\u2019s United Church of Christ, and other organizations and businesses.<\/p>\n

The Intervention Services team is designed to help connect residents with food, community services, healthcare, and, of course, to look for human trafficking indicators and trafficking victims.<\/p>\n The grassroots nature of the CIS program keeps it easy to access for people who need help and also keeps expenses low.
