LINC is a nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting the success of diverse talent, employers and communities through Learning, Inclusion, Networking and Connecting. LINC’s services and programs provide support to relocating new hires and employees (and their family members), and employer/community DEI initiatives.

Katelyn Mack joined the organization on February 1, 2022, as President and Chief Operating Officer. A graduate of Georgetown University and Harvard’s T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Mack will oversee and build LINC’s organizational infrastructure to improve and sustain operations. As a nonprofit executive, board member, and management consultant, Mack brings core expertise using data to learn and drive decisions. Her extensive experience will support LINC’s ability to grow connections and expand its footprint.

Native to the Lehigh Valley, Mack spent more than ten years helping nonprofit organizations make a measurable impact before returning to the area. Under her executive leadership at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula in Menlo Park, CA, Mack led technology improvements and culture building that strengthened its ability to reach more students and deepened its impact. Prior to joining the Boys & Girls Club, Mack worked with various philanthropic institutions, including the Ford Foundation, The California Endowment, and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

With the addition of Mack, LINC’s founding CEO and Executive Director, Donna Cornelius, will continue to be an integral part of LINC’s leadership team. She will shift her efforts to support the long-term vision of LINC and the growth of the organization through business development as LINC’s Chief Development & Growth Officer, effective April 1, 2022.

“Katelyn’s impressive track record of driving results as a nonprofit leader makes her the ideal hire for this role,” stated Ron Arnold, Board Chair, LINC. “Her deep understanding of building scalable

systems coupled with Donna’s vision, experience and network will serve the organization well. We are confident in their ability to align people and set us on a path to continued impact and growth. As a bonus, her recent experience as a LINC client during her family’s relocation back to the Lehigh Valley has contributed to her passion for leading LINC forward.”

Mack believes that inclusion, curiosity, and learning are critical drivers of success. The granddaughter of a Cuban immigrant, she seeks opportunities to elevate underrepresented voices to catalyze change and achieve organizational objectives in her work. She is passionate about engaging employers and employees to expand inclusion efforts in the region.

“I am excited to re-engage with the community where I was raised,” stated Mack. “In this new role, it’s important for me to collaborate with partners and push forward an agenda of a more inclusive and representative workforce. There is a palpable energy and momentum behind LINC’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work and we’re ready to ramp up our influence in this space.”

As she reestablishes herself and her family in the Lehigh Valley, she intends to get involved locally with organizations that create a sense of belonging and build a more equitable community. She plans to participate in college success programming and serve on boards of organizations that support youths at risk of dropping out of high school.

More information about LINC may be found here.

About LINC

LINC (Lehigh Valley Inter-Regional Networking & Connecting Consortium) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on supporting diverse talent, employers and communities through Learning, Inclusion, Networking and Connecting.
