The Northampton Area Restaurant week returns for its second year with delicious deals throughout the region! Running March 6-12, 2022, and with several area restaurants participating, it\u2019s the perfect opportunity to support and eat local.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen we hosted our inaugural event last year, restaurants were still at reduced capacity,\u201d said Kylie Adams-Weiss, Assistant Vice President of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. \u201cWe\u2019re happy to see businesses back to normal operations! Even with the challenges still facing our restaurant industry, the participating restaurants have put together some great menus to entice us all to dine locally throughout Northampton and Bath communities!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Northampton Area Restaurant week encompasses the Northampton Area School District footprint. Participating restaurants will offer \u201cset-price\u201d or \u201cprix fixe\u201d breakfast, lunch, dinner, and\/or dessert selections, offering dine-in and takeout options alike. Jessica O\u2019Donnell, EVP of Affiliated Chambers, said, \u201cSince the beginning of the pandemic, we\u2019ve adapted the restaurant week model to fit the needs of our businesses. Offering this flexibility allows our restaurants to plan ahead with menus and specials that not only reflect their restaurants\u2019 identities, but work within their comfort level to provide great service, too.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kim Koehler, of Koehler Brothers Collision &amp; Repair and Sponsor of the event, expressed her excitement. \u201cKoehler Brothers are proud to be a part of our community\u2019s restaurant week once again \u2013 what a great way to support local eateries by experiencing their carefully crafted entrees and tasty libations through this annual event!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Menus are designed to satisfy a spectrum of palates and budgets. In second year, Northampton Area Chamber will be featuring menus from six local restaurants. Town and Country Restaurant, for example, is offering \u2018blackboard specials\u2019 starting at $6.50, which will include a half sandwich and soup. Alternatively, Mattie Strudel Haus is offering up two strudels picked from a range of flavors for $28. Next door, The Bath Exchange will be featuring $11 Dine-in or Takeout deals, including French Dip with Au Jus, Bacon-wrapped Mini Meatloafs, and Chicken n\u2019 Waffles.<\/p>\n<p>In Moore Township, BeanBath Caf\u00e9 will offer up their menu of paninis, salads and more. A few minutes away, Point Phillips Hotel will be smoking up a fabulous prix fixe menu that will include a choice of soup or salad, appetizer and entr\u00e9e for $25.\u00a0 On Main Street in Northampton, the Gin Mill and Grille will be highlighting specials as they head into St. Patrick\u2019s Day weekend.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNorthampton and Bath\u2019s restaurant scene is so well known and respected within our local community,\u201d said Kylie Adams-Weiss, who added that the community buzz has been growing. \u201cThis is the time to show the Lehigh Valley what we got! Foodies, we should definitely be on your radar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Calling ahead and making reservations are always encouraged, especially during Restaurant Week, and asking for takeout options is suggested as well.\u00a0 Mark Halderman, of Embassy Bank (also a Sponsor of the event) and Chair of the Northampton Area Chamber of Commerce, noted, \u201cOur Chamber is happy to be able to support our restaurants! Main Street, Bath), Point Phillips Hotel (943 Point Phillips Road, Bath), and Town &amp; Country Restaurant (350 S.
