{"id":111199,"date":"2022-02-28T18:47:46","date_gmt":"2022-02-28T23:47:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=111199"},"modified":"2022-02-28T18:48:10","modified_gmt":"2022-02-28T23:48:10","slug":"111199","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/?p=111199","title":{"rendered":"Public Works Director Craig Messinger To Retire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>February 28, 2022<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Allentown Public Works Director Craig Messinger is retiring after 33 years of service to the City of Allentown.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCraig has shown remarkable leadership\u00a0throughout his tenure with the City,\u201d said Allentown Mayor Matt Tuerk. \u201cHe climbed his way through the ranks\u00a0and\u00a0put the department\u00a0in a position to succeed.
