LEHIGH VALLEY, PA. \u2013 TUESDAY, MARCH 1, 2022<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u00a0Lehigh Valley Public Media (LVPM), home of\u00a0PBS39<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a091.3 WLVR<\/a>,\u00a0announced today\u00a0it has entered into a multi-year naming rights agreement with\u00a0Univest Financial Corporation<\/a>. The deal will rename the organization\u2019s 29,000-square foot multimedia facility located on the Steel Stacks campus in South Bethlehem the\u00a0\u201cUnivest Public Media Center.\u201d<\/i><\/p>\n

\u201cWe are extremely pleased to partner with Univest as we continue to impact thousands of lives through the power of public media,\u201d said Tim Fallon, CEO of PBS39 and 91.3 WLVR. \u201cOur organizations share a common sense of dedication to our community, and we are excited to work together on making the Lehigh Valley better tomorrow than it is today.\u201d<\/p>\n

Originally opened in July 2011, the venue has hosted hundreds of episodes of locally produced PBS programming as well as TEDx talks, political debates and community events over the years. The building, which sits on land that was a gift from BethWorks, was designed by URS Architects, and the construction project was managed by Alvin H Butz.<\/p>\n

The funds garnered from the sponsorship will help support core education programs and initiatives, while also maintaining and growing LVPM\u2019s commitment to local television and radio programming.<\/p>\n
