LEHIGH VALLEY, PA. \u2013 MONDAY, MARCH 21, 2022<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013\u202fLehigh Valley Public Media (LVPM), home of\u00a0PBS39<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/a>91.3 WLVR<\/a>\u00a0has elected Michael S. Keim to its 2022 slate of board members and officers. Keim is President of\u00a0<\/a>Univest Bank and Trust Co.<\/a>\u00a0and Chief Operating Officer of Univest Financial Corporation.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur entire team is excited to formally welcome Mike to Lehigh Valley Public Media,\u201d said LVPM Board Chair, Susan Yee. \u201cWe look forward to working together with a special focus on enhancing the role of public media here in the greater Lehigh Valley.\u201d<\/p>\n

Prior to joining Univest, Keim was a self-employed consultant working with a private equity firm to develop and implement a bank acquisition strategy. He also spent 14 years working for GMAC Residential where he served in various executive roles.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Lehigh Valley is a dynamic and vibrant region, and PBS39 and 91.3 WLVR serve as vital and trusted resources,\u201d said Keim. \u201cI am excited to join the Board and help ensure that Lehigh Valley Public Media continues to serve as a cornerstone here in the Valley well into the future.\u201d<\/p>\n

Keim, born and raised in the Lehigh Valley, graduated from\u00a0<\/a>Temple University<\/a>\u00a0with a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting. He has served as a Trustee of the Bucks County Historical Society, on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Bucks County and on the Advisory Board for\u00a0The City School<\/a>\u00a0in Philadelphia.<\/p>\n
