Kleinhans Street on Easton\u2019s South Side. They plan to continue and enhance the banquet hall. After updating it, they plan to offer the facility for wedding receptions, bridal showers, birthday parties, corporate events and more starting in June, Emilio said.<\/p>\n<p>The original club, which is more than 100 years old, is well-known in the area and plans to relocate. \u201cWe\u2019d like to keep the history of this iconic building and continue serving the community,\u201d Emilio said. \u201cEaston\u2019s South Side story, we want that to live on.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The 9,000-square-foot building holds up to 250 people, and has a wraparound bar, dance floor and ample off-street parking for guests.<\/p>\n<p>When Emilio, who is a Realtor with Morganelli Properties, saw the listing, he was intrigued. \u201cSouth Side doesn\u2019t have a party venue and we thought this was a great opportunity,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Emilio has been investing in the renewing of properties in the Lehigh Valley with his father since 2006. They have tentatively named their new venture El Club.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe generally invest in properties for rental purposes,\u201d Emilio said. \u201cEvery property we buy we upgrade from top to bottom and create welcoming spaces we can be proud of.\u201d Until closing it recently, Emilio had been an owner of Easton Taco &amp; Rotisserie in Easton\u2019s West Ward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am excited for the opportunity to bring my passion for food and experience in real estate together for this project,\u201d Emilio said.<\/p>\n<p>Information and images provided to TVL by:<br \/>\nBeth W.
