The Saucon Valley Farmers Market will celebrate opening day of their 2022 season with a ribbon cutting ceremony! On Sunday, May 1st<\/sup>, from 9:30-10:30 AM, join the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce, a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce as we celebrate this milestone and support local.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Entering their 17th<\/sup> year, the Saucon Valley Farmers Market is excited to continue offering the freshest seasonal produce and unique specialty products from local businesses. The market will have over 30 vendors providing a range of locally made products, produce, bread, cakes, cookies, flowers, and more. This season we will feature new additions such as vegan options, nut-free baked goods, specialty cheeses and breads, along with a vast array of local, organic fruits and vegetables.<\/p>\n

“This season, the Saucon Valley Farmers Market (SVFM), we are excited to host some of the best new – and familiar – vendors in the area, offering delicious and nutritious produce and products.,\u201d said Becky Keptner of the SVFM Board. \u201cWe will present a variety of family-friendly\u00a0special events, such as the Sunflower Growing Contest, Yoga in the Park, and Pictures with Santa Paws, as well as \u201cArt in the Park\u201d every 4th<\/sup> Sunday of the month. Bring your friends, bring your families, and certainly bring your dogs! We’ll see you at the market!”<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s vendors will include: Alice’s Natural Nibbles, Angry Viking Jerky, Bada Bing – Bada Boom Bakery, Bam\u2019s Carrot Cake, Bechdolt Orchards, Benny Dean’s Bakery, Breadfermented, Colony Meadery, Cranberry Creek Farm, Doctor’s Orders, Epic Acre Farm, Everything Dumplings, Fairfield Farms, FD Market, Flint Hill Farm, Four Monkeys Coffee, Macungie Mountain Herb Farm, Mainly Mushrooms LLC, Marie’s Soap Company, Mediterra, Moon Gate Farms, Peanut Butter N More, Popcorn Pit, Ridge Valley Farm, LLC, Rockstar Dog Bakery, Rolling Pin Pastries, SunDrop Farm, Thaler Farms, Tomblers Home Bakery, Untamed Ferments, and Vegan Trays.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Saucon Valley Farmers Market is not only a place to find great products, but serves our community by providing opportunities for local farmers and artisans to share their products,\u201d said Jessica O\u2019Donnell, Executive Vice President of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce and liaison to the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber. \u201cWe\u2019re excited to see them open once again for the 2022 season.\u201d<\/p>\n
