Manny Guzman\u00a0<\/strong>for State Representative &#8211; House District 127, Berks County<\/li>\n<li><strong>Johanny Cepeda-Freytiz<\/strong> for State Representative &#8211; House District 129, Berks County<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If Cepeda-Freytiz is elected in November\u2019s general election to join Rep.
