On Wednesday, December 14th<\/sup>, from 4:30 PM \u2013 5:30 PM,\u00a0 the Nazareth Area Chamber of Commerce, a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, celebrated the One Year Anniversary of the Carl\u2019s Corner Nazareth\u2019s opening with a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony!<\/p>\n

Carl\u2019s Corner officially opened the doors of its Nazareth location on December 7th<\/sup>, 2021. This location is the second one for Carl\u2019s Corner owners, Matt and Cindy Weintraub who took over ownership of their first location in 2017.\u00a0 Carl\u2019s Corner Nazareth is located at 848 Nazareth Pike, Nazareth, PA.\u00a0 Carl\u2019s Corner focuses on providing affordable sandwiches to families in the Bethlehem and Nazareth areas and is very active in charitable fundraising.\u00a0 At both Bethlehem and Nazareth locations, the menu boasts cold and hot sandwiches, burgers, beef and chicken steak sandwiches, salads, and fryer delights.\u00a0 For more information and to stay up to date on their menu and specials, visit Carl\u2019s Corner website<\/a> or Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\u201cAny time a new business opens their doors, we are thrilled to be a part of their celebration, but with the pandemic and the challenges of our recent economy and work force, Carl\u2019s Corner did not have a chance to fully celebrate the excitement of a grand opening for their second location last year,\u201d commented Nicole Miles, Nazareth Area Chamber liaison for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. \u00a0\u201cNow, after a successful first year of business in Nazareth, Carl\u2019s Corner is ready to cut the ribbon and make it a celebration of achievement!\u00a0 We absolutely love having Matt, Cynthia, and David in Nazareth and couldn\u2019t think of a more amazing family to congratulate on their One Year Anniversary. We are excited and honored to present them with a Certificate of Achievement and celebratory ribbon cutting.\u201d\u00a0 The event will kick off at 4:30 PM with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony taking place at 5:15 PM. Don\u2019t miss this chance to network, and learn more about Carl\u2019s Corner\u2019s special family, charitable events, and delicious menu offerings, and congratulate them on their One Year Anniversary!<\/p>\n

Cindy Weintraub, Carl\u2019s Corner owner, states, \u201cWe have made it through our first year! We opened this second location one year ago in hopes to start a training program for our David and others with \u201cspecial abilities\u201d like him! Unfortunately, we are delayed in that part of the undertaking, but we are so grateful to the Colonial IU20 who has been using this Nazareth location of Carl\u2019s as a training site to work with David and his peers. We are getting there! We have made it through 365 days of staffing challenges, increase in food costs, and are happy still be able to serve great food at a reasonable price to those in the community. Thank you to all who patronize us and keep cheering us on! Our entire family and our staff are forever grateful! Cheers to next year and those to follow!\u201d<\/p>\n

To celebrate this special anniversary, Carl\u2019s Corner Nazareth is offering a raffle ticket to each patron, to win either a $50 or a $100 gift certificate. The winner will be drawn on Wednesday evening at approximately 7:30PM with the help of David and Santa Claus.<\/p>\n
