EASTON, Pa. — A downtown Easton event that combines an afternoon of shopping with food and drink sampling is returning to Easton on April 15 \u2013 just in time for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, graduations, and summer wedding season.<\/p>\n
Spring Into Easton (new.springintoeaston.com<\/a>), organized by the Greater Easton Development Partnership (GEDP), will run from noon to 4 p.m. at more than a dozen retail locations that offer friendly service and quality merchandise including clothing, jewelry, housewares, health and beauty goods, antiques and collectibles, books, original artwork, and much more.<\/p>\n Different foods or libations \u2013 all from Easton-based sources — will be offered at each location, allowing shoppers to sample a variety of tastes while they browse locally-owned stores, boutiques and galleries.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s an opportunity to showcase all that Easton has to offer \u2013 a diversity of shopping experiences as well as our reputation as the Lehigh Valley\u2019s culinary capital,\u201d said Marcy McKinney, manager of special events and promotions at GEDP. \u201cPlus you really work up an appetite with all that shopping!\u201d<\/p>\n Tickets are available for $10 online at\u00a0purplepass.com\/springintoeaston<\/a>\u00a0or day-of for $15 at the event\u2019s information table in Centre Square.
