Bethlehem, Pennsylvania March 30, 2023 – Via Of The Lehigh Valley has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by The Morning Call Top Workplaces. The list is based solely on employee feedback<\/a> gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage<\/a>, LLC. The confidential survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.<\/p>\n

In a typical year, Via provides services to 1,250 children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities living in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, Bucks, and Berks counties. These services include vocational exploration, employment, educational activities, volunteer and recreational opportunities for teens and adults, and early intervention therapies and inclusive education for young children.<\/p>\n
