Administrative Luncheon & Fashion Show Returns to Hofford Mill<\/em><\/p>\n

Carbon County, Pa \u2013\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>Carbon Chamber and Economic Development (CCEDC) in partnership with Mauch Chunk Trust Company, present 2023 Administrative Luncheon and Fashion Show at The Hofford Mill on Wednesday, April 26. This wonderful event recognizes the hard work and invaluable skills of administrative professionals. The luncheon is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe celebrate the contributions of secretaries, administrative assistants and office professionals who play a critical role in keeping our region\u2019s business organized and running efficiently,\u201d said President and CEO of Mauch Chunk Trust Company, Patrick Reilly. \u201cTheir responsibilities often require them to handle the unexpected and include a wide variety of requests that require flexibility, often going above and beyond their regular duties. Thank you!\u201d<\/p>\n

The Luncheon returns with the event\u2019s popular fashion show featuring Jim Thorpe boutique \u201cWear It Again.\u201d this year will also feature men\u2019s fashion! CCEDC added an extra bonus to spoil all Luncheon attendees. The check-in and networking hour also includes a pop-up boutique. Enjoy networking while you shop!<\/p>\n

A delicious menu of fresh greens, brie raspberry puff pastry bites, spinach artichoke dip, honey garlic meatballs and a dessert of sea salt chocolate chip cookies, generously sponsored by Blue Mountain Resort, will be served. Guests will also enjoy handmade chocolate by Jenny\u2019s Sweets and More sponsored by Lehigh Valley Health Network Carbon. Adorning the tables will be beautiful Bloomer\u2019s centerpieces sponsored by Community Bank Lehighton and Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union. As always CCEDC is grateful for supporting community sponsors Country Harvest Market and EBC Printing, who make the events possible.<\/p>\n

Proceeds from the event raffles will be donated to Peaceful Nights Women\u2019s Shelter in Lehighton.<\/p>\n

This event is open to members and future members. Pre-registration is required by Wed., April 19.<\/p>\n
