Lehigh Valley, Pa. (March 31, 2023) – Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) has been recognized by Fortune and Statista for its dedication to innovation.<\/p>\n

LVHN made Fortune\u2019s 2023 list of America\u2019s Most Innovative Companies. More than 15,000 companies were evaluated but only 300 were selected. In this ranking, three dimensions of innovation are assessed: product innovation, process innovation and innovation culture.<\/p>\n

For the evaluation of the innovation culture and the internal view of process innovation, Statista deployed online survey panels where employees could score their own company on a scale system. In total, over 25,000 people participated.<\/p>\n

The survey measured how corporate culture promotes creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit, along with how companies improved employee motivation and increased job satisfaction. Survey respondents were also asked how companies increased workplace safety and managed health.<\/p>\n

To gauge a company\u2019s innovation in each dimension, Fortune focused on several criteria, including production, sales and marketing, innovations in production and operations strategy, planning and quality assurance. Fortune also graded companies on the development of new technologies or how they made existing technology better.<\/p>\n
