The boxes will be available starting Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Accessing the drop-off boxes does not require going through security at any location.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Northampton County Courthouse:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>669 Washington St., Easton, PA 18042 \u2013 Monday-Friday from 8:30am-8:00pm<\/p>\n<p>(Saturday, April 29 &amp; Saturday, May 6 from 9:00 am \u2013 12:00 pm)<\/p>\n<p><em>When dropping off a ballot, voters can park for free in the loading-and-unloading zone on Washington Street in front of the courthouse or use the parking lot at the Wolf Avenue and Washington Street intersection.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Northampton County Human Services Building:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2801 Emrick Blvd., Bethlehem, PA 18020 \u2013 Monday-Friday from 8:30am-7:00pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Northampton County 911 Center:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>100 Gracedale Ave., Nazareth, PA 18064 \u2013 Monday-Friday from 8:30am-8:00pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bethlehem City Hall:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10 E. Church St., Bethlehem, PA 18018 \u2013 Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm*<\/p>\n<p><em>*drop box will be available until 8:00 pm on Election Night (May 16, 2023)<\/em><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure that your mail-in ballot is accepted, voters must make sure the ballot is enclosed in the sealed secrecy envelope, the return envelope is signed and dated, there are no identifying marks or symbols on the secrecy envelope, and the ballot is returned to the Election\u2019s Office by 8:00pm on Tuesday, May 16th.<\/p>\n<p>Voters may only drop off their own ballots. Third-party return of ballots is prohibited unless the person returning the ballot is rendering assistance to a disabled voter or emergency absentee voter and has a signed \u201cCertification of Designated Agent\u201d form on file at the Elections Office.
