Also, local groups send out unsolicited voter registration and mail-in ballot applications, confusing some voters into applying more than once. If you are concerned about any of these issues or have any questions, please contact the Elections Office at 610-829-6260 or\u00a0<strong><a href=\"mailto:elections@norcopa.gov\">elections@norcopa.gov<\/a><\/strong>, and someone will assist you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>When will mail-in ballots begin to be sent out?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mail-in ballots will be sent on Tuesday, April 18. Secure ballot drop-off boxes will be available until 8:00PM on May 16<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What can I do to ensure my mail-in ballot is accepted?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mail-in ballots will be accepted if:<\/li>\n<li>The ballot is enclosed in a sealed secrecy envelope<\/li>\n<li>The return envelope is signed and dated<\/li>\n<li>There are no identifying marks or symbols on the secrecy envelope<\/li>\n<li>The ballot is returned to the Election\u2019s Office by 8:00PM on May 16<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What kind of stamp should I use to mail my ballot back?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Postage on the return envelopes is pre-paid. Voters do not need to add a stamp.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How can I return my mail-in ballot?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ballots can be returned by mail; no postage stamp is required. They can be returned directly to the Election\u2019s Office at the Government Center at 669 Washington Street, Easton, PA 18042, or at one of the secure ballot drop boxes stationed around the County. Drop boxes will be available starting Wednesday, April 19, 2023. The Judge of Election will spoil the ballot and ask the voter to complete a \u201cDeclaration to Surrender Ballot\u201d form before allowing them to vote on the ExpressVote XL machine. If you do not bring your mail-ballot and return envelope to the polls you will only be allowed to vote by Provisional ballot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What time are the polls open on May 16<sup>th<\/sup>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M. on May 16<sup>th<\/sup>.
