Dimmick Park from 2-6pm and will feature live music and great food from the Lehigh Valley\u2019s favorite local food trucks and eateries. <strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDine in Dimmick\u201d is going to be a delight for the senses,\u201d states Nicole Miles, Manager of the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce. \u201cCome savor delicious flavors of the eclectic foods offered by the participating food vendors, feel summer finally settling on your skin, and hear the fabulous sound of a unique band who has reimagined many of your favorite songs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The festival invites families and foodies alike to enjoy local cuisine in the beauty of Morris J. Dimmick Park. Beginning at 2 PM, the park will be filled with 7+ food and beverage vendors and live music. Food vendors include CurdZone, Greek Street, Big Poppa\u2019s Backyard BBQ, Jackie\u2019s French Fries, Mon and Mel\u2019s Sweet Scoops, GrannyJ\u2019z Authentic Jamaican Caf\u00e9, Robin\u2019s Dessert Bar, and Uno Tequeria. Local non-profit, The Hellertown Historical Society, will serve snack stand fare from the pavilion. Adult beverages will be available for purchase, from Kiki Vodka and other local vendors.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Chamber is proud to partner with Hellertown Borough to host this event in the beautiful Morris J. Dimmick Park,\u201d added Jessica O\u2019Donnell-Gower, EVP of Affiliated Chambers for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. \u201cBy supporting our local food trucks, we are opening opportunities for entrepreneurs and foodies alike to connect with great local bites in a festive atmosphere. In our second year, we are happy to be back with this great event!\u201d<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Headlining Dine in Dimmick will be \u201cCeviche,\u201d whose name reiterates the theme of great food and whose tunes reverberate joyful vibrations.<strong>\u00a0 <\/strong>From the creators of The Wonton Soups, Ceviche performs current and classic pop covers reimagined under the influence of jazz, like they were never meant to be. Ceviche blends Lizzo and Sinatra seamlessly into the same set. The duo consists of live guitar looping, vocals and saxophone.
