The property, which served as the Boulevard Frame and Art Shop for more than 30 years, will be the new home of the Honorable Michael D\u2019Amore, presiding District Court 31-1-05. D\u2019Amore plans to occupy the offices by <span data-term=\"goog_612115822\">April 1, 2016<\/span>, according to Cityline Director of Real Estate, Thomas Williams Jr.\u00a0 Cityline purchased the 4,200-square-foot property in October 2015, says Williams.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh-Masters-of-Cityline.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11848\" data-rel=\"lightbox-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-11848 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh-Masters-of-Cityline-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"Josh Masters of Cityline\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh-Masters-of-Cityline-225x300.jpg 225w, https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Josh-Masters-of-Cityline.jpg 454w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 225px) 100vw, 225px\" \/><\/a>Renovations to the property, owned by Cityline, include a newly refurbished fa\u00e7ade, new wiring, plumbing, HVAC and mechanicals, a new roof, and the customization of woodwork cabinetry. The new district magistrate office will feature a handcrafted judge\u2019s bench, created by Josh Masters, an elite carpenter on staff at Cityline Construction.
