A celebration of the Lehigh Valley\u2019s rapidly growing plant-based lifestyle scene<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bethlehem, PA, May 23, 2023 \u2013\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>\u00a0is proud to announce its partnership with\u00a0Animal Defenders Greater Lehigh Valley<\/a>\u00a0to bring Vegfest\u00a0\u00a0<\/del><\/s>Upper Macungie to Grange Park. The event will be held on Saturday, Sept. 9 2023, from 12 to 5 p.m..<\/p>\n

Vegfest Upper Macungie will have speakers, music, cooking and skin demos, food vendors,<\/del><\/s>\u00a0and much more. The festival is free of all animal products.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe great thing about Vegfest is that it will be an amazing opportunity for everyone \u2013 whether they are vegan, vegetarians, or veg curious this festival allows people to learn that vegan is much more than just a diet,\u201d Sheryl Petrillo, President of Animal Defenders Greater Lehigh Valley. \u201cOur organization promotes vegan for the animals first and foremost. It is a lifestyle and one that is most compassionate and kind to the animals; ideal for overall health and wellness; and one that can help save our planet.\u201d<\/p>\n

Early bird tickets are available through May 29 for ArtsQuest members at $9 and general public $10. Regular sales begin May 30 through Sept. 4 for ArtsQuest members at $13 and general public $14. The week of the festival ticket prices are $17 for ArtsQuest members and $18 for the general public.<\/p>\n

\u201cArtsQuest is delighted to bring this new festival to the residents of Upper Macungie,\u201d Curt Mosel, Chief Operating Officer, said. \u201cWe are very happy to be partnering with Animal Defenders Greater Lehigh Valley to be able to make this event possible along with the support of the Upper Macungie Township Board of Supervisors.\u201d<\/p>\n
