Five course menu highlights favorites from both the east coast and the west coast\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bethlehem, PA (May 30, 2023) – From an appetizer course, pitting juicy Georgia peaches against a creamy avocado, to a dessert course, where New York Cheesecake faces off against a blood orange panna cotta, guests will savor an indulgent evening at Historic Hotel Bethlehem\u2019s June Wine Dinner.<\/p>\n

The East vs. West Dinner will highlight popular foods from each of America\u2019s coasts paired with wines that perfectly complement each dish. \u201cWe strive to create wine dinners that offer not only great flavors and wine pairings, but also a fun theme that gets people talking,\u201d said Historic Hotel Bethlehem Executive Chef Rodney Rivera.<\/p>\n

East Coast Vs. West Coast Wine Dinner
\n<\/strong>Guests will enjoy this enticing five course dining experience in the hotel\u2019s Mural Ballroom on Thursday, June 15 at 6pm. Wine expert Steve DiDonato will select a wine to perfectly pair with each course. The prix fixe dining experience is $75 per person, including tax and gratuity.
