Value-based Primary Care Leader Advances Mission to Rebuild Healthcare as it Should Be in Pennsylvania<\/em><\/p>\n

June 6, 2023\u00a0<\/strong>\u2014\u2009Oak Street Health<\/a>, a\u00a0network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Bethlehem center at\u00a01336 Catasauqua Rd<\/a>\u00a0in Bethlehem. This is the 12th<\/sup>\u00a0center for Oak Street Health in the state of Pennsylvania, joining centers in Philadelphia, Wyncote and\u00a0Reading.<\/p>\n
