Published in the national magazine\u2019s May\/June 2023 issue and prominently featured on Inc.com, the list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture.<\/p>\n

myHR Partner was one of only two companies in the greater Lehigh Valley and only 18 in the entire commonwealth of Pennsylvania to be honored. The only other Lehigh Valley company on the list, BSI Corporate Benefits of Bethlehem, is a myHR Partner client and employee benefits consultant.<\/p>\n

Out of the 591 companies on the list, only 28 are in the \u201chuman resources\u201d category, a majority of which are staffing and hiring services that do not provide the full breadth of HR services, insight and guidance that myHR Partner offers to improve a company\u2019s HR function.<\/p>\n

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected 591 honorees this year. Each<\/p>\n

company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth, and overall company culture. The organization\u2019s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.<\/p>\n
