The Greater Northampton Area Chamber, a proud partner of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce Spuds Lite Festival!\u00a0<\/u>\u00a0<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

On Saturday, June 24th<\/sup>, the scent of spuds and sound of great music will be in the air in the Borough of Bath! In previous years the annual \u201cSpuds and Suds\u201d festival was an event not to be missed.\u00a0\u00a0This year, due to road improvements throughout the Borough, the event will be held in Ciff Cowling Field, 100 Allen Street, Bath, PA, and renamed to reflect the change. It will be a day of music, food, and festivities with plenty of room to dance!\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Renamed, \u201cSpuds Lite Festival,\u201dwill feature local music, food trucks, and family\u2013friendly activities, something for the whole community. Spuds Lite Festival will be held on Saturday, June 24th<\/sup>, 2023 from 1- 6pm in the heart of Bath, at Ciff Cowling Field, a crown jewel of the Bath community. Please save this date, as we are hard at work to ensure that we are providing Bath area community with the most spud-tacular event possible!\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

This year\u2019s \u201cSpuds Lite Festival\u201d will ap-peal to everyone who loves potatoes, great music, family friendly activities, and delicious food and drink.\u00a0\u00a0Each food vendor will sell at least one potato-themed dish to celebrate Bath\u2019s rich potato heritage. A few of our vendors are Birthright Brewing, Seven Sirens Brewing, The Tot Rod Truck, Momma\u2019s Belly Buster Food Truck, the Red Robin Food Truck, and the Borough of Bath in the snack stand, with more to come!\u00a0\u00a0The Girl Scouts, LV Rocks, and others will have free and paid activities for children across the spacious field.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Music on tap for the day includes the best of the best. DMC Duo, featuring acoustic rock, pop, and country songs you know and love, will begin playing at 1pm. At 4pm, the popular Brian Dean Moore Band takes the stage playing the very best country music. Come ready to dance and sing!\u00a0\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

“Once again our Borough is blessed to have the assistance of the amazing staff members of the LV Chamber to organize our annual SPUDS LITE FESTIVAL! \u00a0We are all looking forward to an enjoyable day in Ciff Cowling Park and hope to see everyone there as well!” said Mayor Fiorella R. Mirabito.\u00a0<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

Terry DeGroot, of Terraform Engineering adds, \u201cTerraform is pleased to sponsor the Spuds event again this year.\u00a0 It is our contribution to the Bath Area community.\u201d\u00a0Terry is passionate about the Bath community and is excited to bring the festival to the park, with ample space for fun.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis year we were faced with a choice to cancel the annual Spuds and Suds Festival, or reimagine it, so we decided to make it fresh, new, and full of what Bath does well- food, friends, and family!\u201d says\u00a0Nicole\u00a0Miles, Manager of the Greater Northampton Area Chamber of Commerce.\u00a0\u00a0\u201cWhile it won\u2019t be a street festival, \u201cSpuds Lite\u201d is an opportunity to host a community event in the beautiful and spacious Ciff Cowling Field as a positive way of slightly modifying the original festival.\u00a0\u00a0This park is central to the Borough and will make a great place for food trucks, kids\u2019 activities, and our stage.\u00a0\u00a0The musical acts, DMC Duo and The Brian Dean Moore Band, are amazingly talented.\u00a0\u00a0It will be a great event for all the senses!\u201d<\/p>\n

We welcome the entire Lehigh Valley to come see what Bath has to offer.\u00a0\u00a0Your entire family will enjoy a lovely day of festivities. Grab your chairs and picnic blankets and don\u2019t forget to bring your \u201cspuddy\u201d to dance along!<\/p>\n
