He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and his law degree from Widener University School of Law.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDiversity, equity, and inclusion are very important to me,\u201d Schultz said. \u201cI am excited to have the opportunity to serve on Via\u2019s board and contribute to its mission for helping individuals with disabilities reach their full potential.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>McClinnis is the Senior Global Financial Reporting Analyst at Victaulic Company in Easton. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Muhlenberg College.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen the opportunity was presented before me to re-enter the nonprofit world as a board member at Via, my answer was a humble, yet emphatic, yes, because inclusion and community is their primary mission,\u201d McClinnis said.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>About Via of the Lehigh Valley<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serving our community since 1952, Via helps people reach their full potential. In a typical year, Via provides services to 1,250 children and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities living in Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe, Bucks and Berks counties. Services for adults and teens include vocational exploration, community employment, educational activities, volunteer and recreational opportunities. For young children, services include early intervention therapies and inclusive education.
