Bethlehem, PA, September 6, 2023 \u2013\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Lehigh Valley Vegan<\/a>\u00a0are excited to announce the return of the Lehigh Valley Vegan s\u2019MAC Down on Nov. 12 in the Musikfest Caf\u00e9 in the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks.<\/p>\n

This contest will determine who has the best vegan mac and cheese in the region. Last year\u2019s champion,\u00a0Hummus House<\/a>, is back to defend their title!<\/p>\n

\u201cLehigh Valley Vegan is a non-profit group whose mission is to increase vegan options in the region.\u00a0Through the s\u2019MAC Down, restauranteurs have shifted from reluctantly offering a vegan option to being excited about developing full vegan menus,\u201d Hilari Stahler from Lehigh Valley Vegan said. \u201cMany of us\u00a0are \u201cfoodies\u201d and events like the s\u2019MAC Down prove that choosing a vegan lifestyle doesn\u2019t have to change that!\u201d<\/p>\n

Tickets, (available at two levels), are available now on the\u00a0SteelStacks<\/a>\u00a0website. General admission tickets include unlimited vegan mac and cheese samples (while supplies last), the ability to vote for their favorite mac and cheese and access to vendors selling delicious vegan desserts. Premium access tickets include the above as well as access to the event one full hour before general admission, a drink ticket and a specially made gift with the s\u2019MAC Down logo on it.<\/p>\n

Doors open for premium access ticket holders at 1 p.m. and general admission is at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n
