Value-based Primary Care Leader Advances Mission to Rebuild Healthcare as it Should Be in Pennsylvania<\/em><\/p>\n

September 20, 2023 \u2014\u2009 Oak Street Health<\/a>, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare and the only primary care provider to carry the AARP name, is now welcoming patients at the new Allentown center at\u00a01539 Lehigh St<\/a>\u00a0in Allentown. This is the first center for Oak Street Health in Allentown and the 14th in the state of Pennsylvania coming on the heels of the Lancaster center that opened earlier this month.<\/p>\n
