Indoor Auto Racing Returns To Allentown, PA\u2019s PPL Center<\/p>\n
Tickets On Sale Thursday, October 5th<\/sup> at 10AM<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Allentown, PA \u2013 The Indoor Auto Racing Series will kick off its 2024 season at the PPL Center in downtown Allentown, PA on Friday and Saturday January 5 and 6.<\/p>\n The 8th running of the Allentown Indoor Races will once again be presented by Ironton Global Cloud Phone and feature three divisions of racing TQ Midgets, Slingshots and Champ Karts.<\/p>\n New for 2024, the TQ Midgets will compete in a complete program of qualifying races and feature events on both Friday and Saturday night.<\/p>\n \u201cEnhancing the Friday night program was a focus for the series in 2024,\u201d stated series promoter Len Sammons.<\/p>\n \u201cLast year in Atlantic City we ran double Gambler\u2019s Classics for the TQ Midgets to make up for the one we lost during Covid-19 and it was really well received. This year the TQs, will run main events both nights in Allentown.\u201d<\/p>\n Friday night\u2019s main event for the TQ Midgets in Allentown will be 30 laps, Saturday night\u2019s main event will be 40 laps. Additional enhancements to Friday night\u2019s program will be announced at a later date.<\/p>\n Another new offering for the 2024 Allentown event will be a combo ticket, offering attendees the opportunity to purchase the same seat for both nights of racing at discounted rate. Additionally, on Friday night a lower level family section has been added with Adult tickets starting at just $20 and Kids $5.<\/p>\n The Champ Karts and Slingshots will run complete shows, as they did this past January, on both Friday and Saturday as well.
