My Intuitive Reiki work sounds \u201cwoo-woo\u201d at first, I get it. But when you break it down for day-to-day living, it becomes vital to understand. Let\u2019s take a look at three major areas that appear most frequently:<\/span><\/p>\n

The throat chakra: Home to all communication, both what is said to us and how we internalize it, and what we say or don\u2019t say. Speaking up for ourselves and speaking our truth, or speaking with integrity, comes up a lot. If YOU aren\u2019t going to speak your truth or with integrity, who else is going to do it?
