BETHLEHEM, PA– The Lehigh Valley Charter High School for the Arts (Charter Arts) will hold an\u00a0Admissions\u00a0Open\u00a0House\u00a0on Saturday, November 11th from\u00a010 AM-1 PM.\u00a0 This event is a great\u00a0first step for prospective students and families to learn more about the school’s rigorous curriculum, admissions\u00a0process and more! Attendees will have the opportunity to tour the school facility, view a student performance and attend breakout sessions with directors of the school’s various artistic departments.

Charter Arts is an audition-based public charter school that provides a comprehensive curriculum for high school students, grades 9-12, who have a dedicated passion for the creative and performing arts. \u00a0 Students major in one of seven artistic areas: dance, instrumental music, literary arts, production arts, theatre, visual arts, or vocal music.<\/p>\n

Any student entering 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade who resides in Pennsylvania is eligible to audition. The school’s current student body hails from a ten-county region in eastern Pennsylvania.\u00a0 Auditions for the 2024-2025 school year will be held in late January\/early February and are by appointment only. More information about auditions is available on the\u00a0admissions\u00a0page of the school website.<\/p>\n

Charter Arts’ rigorous curriculum fosters both academic and artistic excellence for its students.
