Community Invited to Attend Annual Event<\/p>\n
Easton, PA \u2013 BW NICE, Business Women Networking Involving Charity & Education, Lehigh Valley Chapter is recognizing the chapter\u2019s past president and treasurer, Susan Worobec, as Chapter Member of the Year at the organization\u2019s annual December Sip N Shop fundraising event, open to the public. Funds raised will support the organization\u2019s charity partner The Third Street Alliance for Women and Children. The evening will also include networking, as well as multiple vendors, giving participants the opportunity to shop for the upcoming holiday season. Tickets, which include appetizers, a drink and dessert, can be purchased at this link.<\/a><\/p>\n Susan will be honored as the Chapter’s Member of the Year because she has inspired countless individuals with her leadership, energy, concern for others and commitment to business and community.<\/p>\n \u201cSusan has been an invaluable asset to BW NICE and the Lehigh Valley Chapter, exemplifying the core values of leadership, empowerment, and creating a supportive environment for women in business,\u201d says Diane Simovich, Founder and President, \u201cHer dedication to our mission and\u00a0years of service and contributions on the Executive Leadership Committee have made a positive impact in our community.\u201d<\/p>\n Worobec serves as area manager for all three Unity Bank branches in the Lehigh Valley and has served on Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce boards for Forks, Phillipsburg and Bethlehem as well as on the Chamber\u2019s Forks Community Days Committee and Veterans Council.
