(Entech) is pleased to announce the company has been ranked #31 on the list of Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania for medium-size companies in 2023. Companies from across the state are evaluated to determine the 100 Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania through an assessment of the company&#8217;s workplace policies, practices, philosophies, systems, demographics, and measurements of the employee experience. The Best Companies Group conducts thorough company research via employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and employer questionnaires to get honest\u00a0 feedback\u00a0 and\u00a0 rank\u00a0 each<\/p>\n<p>participating organization. This is Entech\u2019s fifth consecutive year of being recognized.<\/p>\n<p>Entech\u2019s Human Resources Director, Catherine Bieleski, SHRM-CP, of revealed this insight into the process,<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are proud to have won this award for the fifth time, but we are even more proud of how much we integrate the survey results into our strategic planning. After we thoroughly analyze the data for areas of growth and trends, we have a company-wide discussion about the results. Our leadership team then does a wonderful job formulating a plan for how we can maintain and improve our employees\u2019 satisfaction in the upcoming years.
