Pillitteri elected Shareholder.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>ALLENTOWN, January, 2024\u2013 Fresh off celebrating its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.flblaw.com\/fitzpatrick-lentz-bubba-celebrates-35-years-of-service-to-the-mid-atlantic-region\/\">35th anniversary<\/a>, Fitzpatrick Lentz &amp; Bubba is continuing its focus on the future in this new year, announcing the following leadership changes for 2024:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Executive Committee member <strong>Colin J. Keefe<\/strong> will assume the role of Deputy Managing Shareholder alongside Managing Shareholder Erich Schock. Colin will focus on the firm\u2019s financial initiatives. Colin is a member of the firm\u2019s Mergers &amp; Acquisitions (M&amp;A) group and handles a significant number of these transactions for FLB\u2019s clients. He is handing over the chair of that group as he assumes this new role.<\/li>\n<li>Stepping into the role of Chair of the M&amp;A Group is Shareholder <strong>Kenneth R. Charette<\/strong>. A long-time member of the M&amp;A team, Ken routinely assists entrepreneurs, start-ups, privately held businesses and capital partners with a variety of complex business and investment transactions, including notably in the Food &amp; Beverage sector, a practice group he also chairs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peter E. Iorio<\/strong> is now Chair of the Estate Planning &amp; Administration team. His practice focuses on estate planning, administration of estates and trusts, taxation, beneficiary representation and business succession planning. With the recent acquisition of Fries Law Office, that group has increased in size, and Pete is looking forward to continuing to grow this practice area.<\/li>\n<li>Attorney <strong>Elyse C. Pillitteri<\/strong> was elected Shareholder. Having joined the firm in 2021 as an associate, she is a member of the Firm\u2019s Corporate, Business &amp; Banking Department, as well as its Intellectual Property and M&amp;A teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cAs we look to the next 35 years of FLB, it\u2019s a positive to see the next generation of leaders carrying our longstanding legacy forward,\u201d says Managing Partner Erich J.
