Fortunato started her career at Via in 2017. In her new role, Fortunato will continue to refine financial performance by minimizing company write-offs; collaborate with SETWorks, Disability Services Software, administrators to improve its efficiency for Via; and communicate across departments to address any billing concerns, SETWorks issues, or issues related to billing or account management.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDanielle\u2019s dedication, expertise, and exceptional work ethic have not only earned her this position, but also inspire the entire team,\u201d said Chief Financial Officer Luke Schaeffer. \u201cAs a subject matter expert with SETWorks and billing, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge and proficiency to her new role.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Fortunato has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Early Childhood Education from East Stroudsburg University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-126685 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Spilman-Headshot-e1706066829760-199x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"199\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Spilman-Headshot-e1706066829760-199x300.png 199w, https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Spilman-Headshot-e1706066829760-300x452.png 300w, https:\/\/www.thevalleyledger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/01\/Spilman-Headshot-e1706066829760.png 523w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 199px) 100vw, 199px\" \/>Katherine Spilman was promoted to Human Resources Manager. Spilman started her career at Via in September 2021. In her new role, Spilman will oversee the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding process for Via and Lehigh Children\u2019s Academy.
