Kidd is the Chief Operating Officer for the Propane Education &amp; Research Council (PERC). Bridget is responsible for working with PERC\u2019s executive leadership team, Council, state associations, and other related groups to support the development and execution of the organizations\u2019 business strategy, as well as all PERC development initiatives, policies, rules and procedures and propane-industry-facing initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this role, Kidd served as the Senior Vice President of Industry Relations and Director of Residential and Commercial Business Development at the Propane Council. And, before coming to PERC, Kidd served in multiple capacities with building related trade associations from government affairs to executive director.<\/p>\n<p>A graduate of Villanova University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor of Arts in communications, Kidd also has a Master\u2019s Degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Saint Joseph\u2019s University, also located in Philadelphia. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and two young children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are privileged to have Ms. Kidd join our esteemed Board of Directors,\u201d said Andria Zaia, Interim Executive Director of NMIH. \u201cHer expertise in non-profit organization management and business strategy will be incredible assets to the staff and the organization.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The National Museum of Industrial History continues its efforts to expand its Board of Directors to support the organizational mission, vision, and strategic goals. Recent Board appointees include Kathleen Weslock, VP of Human Resources, Ansys; Kenneth J. Rampolla, CEO, Responsive Marketing, Inc. and owner of Lost Tavern Brewery; James Conrad, Director of Distribution Operations, PPL Electric Utilities; and Shelly McWilliams, President, Lehigh Valley Plastics.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF INDUSTRIAL HISTORY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Smithsonian Institution-affiliate, the National Museum of Industrial History is dedicated to preserving America\u2019s rich industrial heritage.
