BETHLEHEM, PA (March 8, 2024) <\/strong>\u2013 Via of the Lehigh Valley is pleased to announce a staff promotion.<\/p>\n

Samantha Matthews has been promoted to Program Manager of Community Connections and Behavior Supports. Matthews began her career at Via in 2018 as a coordinator for the Community Connections and Pre-Vocational programs.<\/p>\n

In her new role, Matthews will be responsible for the financial stability and growth of the Community Connections and Behavior Supports programs, overseeing the Direct Support Professionals, and ensuring quality programming for the participants Via serves.<\/p>\n

\u201cSamantha\u2019s dedication and commitment to the participants she supports is exceptional,\u201d said Chelsea Reiter, Director of Community Connections, Adult Training Services, and Behavior Supports. \u201cShe is a great advocate for our participants in all aspects of programming and ensures everyone receives the best possible service. Samantha takes the time to get to know each participant she supports, and the employees she supervises, allowing others to trust and rely on her.\u201d<\/p>\n

Matthews earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation and Human Services from East Stroudsburg University.<\/p>\n
