This is the second year in a row that St. Luke\u2019s has been recognized as a Top Workplace.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, St. Luke\u2019s has been named a Top Workplace nationally, in the Philadelphia region and in New Jersey. St. Luke\u2019s is the ONLY healthcare institution in Pennsylvania and the third-highest ranked healthcare entity in the nation to be designated a Top Workplace in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Richard A. Anderson, President &amp; CEO of St. Luke\u2019s, also received the 2024 Top Workplace Leadership Award from The Morning Call based on the feedback from St. Luke\u2019s employees.<\/p>\n<p>Evan Ochs, Senior Vice President, Human Resources for St. Luke\u2019s, accepted the awards and stated the following during her acceptance speech: \u201cI have the privilege of accepting this award, but I am only one of 20,000 reasons we are receiving this award.\u00a0 This award is a result of, and for, our employees\u2026 all 20,000 strong and growing.\u00a0 Our people, all 20,000, have that \u2018secret sauce\u2019 that our CEO, Richard Anderson, always references.\u00a0 It\u2019s what I see every single day from our employees.\u00a0 It\u2019s that secret sauce of devotion to what they do, loyalty, caring and compassionate behaviors, no matter what role they fill on the team.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a confidential third-party survey administered by Energage LLC, an employee engagement technology company. The survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection.<\/p>\n<p>Of 42,000 organizations nationally that participated, St. Luke\u2019s ranked 47th.
