USPS postmarks do NOT count if received after this deadline.<\/p>\n The Northampton County Elections Office reminds registered voters that the County\u2019s seven Secure Ballot Drop-off Boxes are for Northampton County voters only, and you may only drop off your own ballot. PA State Law prohibits the third-party return of ballots unless the person returning the ballot is assisting a disabled voter or emergency absentee voter and has a signed \u201cCertification of Designated Agent\u201d form on file at the Elections Office.
