Lake, pass a large marsh, to the smaller Hemlock Pond; then circle Hemlock and head back on the west side of Blue Mountain Lakes. This hike starts at an athletic field that was the location of the railroad station for the Switchback up Mt Pisgah. Our trail hugs the mountainside as it goes through dense rhododendrons.
