The\u00a0<em>Structures and Construction in Fiber<\/em>\u00a0exhibition\u00a0will be featured in the New Hope Arts Center&#8217;s main gallery within the recently renovated 200-year-old converted mill in New Hope, PA, a major international arts destination known for its rich cultural history.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Structures and Constructions in Fiber\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>exhibition, running from\u00a0<strong>June 29 to August 18, 2024<\/strong>, offers a unique platform for artists to showcase their creativity in two and three dimensions, fiber installations and mixed media, challenge themselves and push the boundaries of their art. At least 50% of the materials used will be fiber-based.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re excited to see how artists interpret the theme of &#8216;Structures and Constructions in Fiber. &#8216;This is a fantastic opportunity for fiber artists to push their boundaries and present their unique\u00a0perspectives on this intriguing subject,&#8221;\u00a0<strong><em>said Rita Gekht, the exhibition&#8217;s curator.<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Interested artists can submit their entries by May 13, 2024<\/strong>. Each application requires a non-refundable fee of $40, or $30 for NH Arts Members, payable online via PayPal or by check made\u00a0out to &#8220;New Hope Arts.&#8221; Artists may submit up to three (3) pieces for consideration, accompanied by an entry form, JPEG images, resume, and artist statement.
