Allentown, PA (March 21, 2016)<\/strong>\u00a0 \u00a0On Saturday, April 2, at 2:00 p.m. Dieruff High School\u2019s Air Force Junior ROTC is hosting The Harlem Wizards in a family-fun basketball event that will pit the Wizards against the \u201cASD Dream Team\u201d.<\/p>\n The Wizards, with their family-awesome slam-dunking brand of entertainment basketball, have been offering interactive fun events for kids of all ages for the past 54 years. The team is known for its sky-high slams and amazing hoop talent \u2013 all performed while supporting much-needed fundraising for schools and non-profit organizations.<\/p>\n The \u201cASD Dream Team\u201d includes 25 ASD staff and students from Dieruff High School; South Mountain and Harrison-Morton Middle Schools; and Central, Ritter, and Sheridan Elementary Schools. The Dream Team will be coached by Dieruff Principal Susan Bocian and Assistant Principal Patrick McNulty, while the officials for the game will be the actual Dieruff High School basketball coaches.<\/p>\n Ticket costs are as follows: Advance General Admission Tickets are $5\/students and $8\/adults; and General Admission at the Door are $6\/students and $10\/adults. Anyone interested can purchase a \u201cCourtside Plus\u201d package for $15 which includes MVP seating, a Meet-and-Greet with the Wizards, and more.<\/p>\n The event, which will be held in the school\u2019s gym, is open to the public.
