St. Luke\u2019s University Health Network – Carbon Campus will be back at the Lehighton Downtown Farmers Market to present a food and cooking demonstration on Saturday, June 22nd from 9:00 am – noon.<\/p>\n
Join Chefs Vernon \u201cBud\u201d Rumley and Ryan Zellner as they shop the Farmers Market and explain what the different items are and what they can be used for during meal preparations.<\/p>\n
You can then join the chefs as they continue their demonstration of preparing different food and meals that you can make at home for your family!\u00a0 The highlight of the day of course is the taste testing and sampling of all of the creations produced the morning of the market.<\/p>\n
Shop the market, enjoy the food and relax this fun morning!<\/p>\n
Some chairs will be provided but you might want to bring a lawn chair to relax and enjoy the morning.<\/p>\n
