Lehigh Valley, Bethlehem, PA, July 22, 2024 \u2013\u00a0ArtsQuest<\/a>, in partnership with Trans-Bridge Lines and Penn State University, is excited to share additional Musikfest transportation-related news -a NEW satellite parking lot has been established at Penn State Lehigh Valley.<\/p>\n

The new remote lot, located at 2809 Saucon Valley Road, Center Valley, offers festival go-ers another way to get to and from the country\u2019s largest free music festival by way of shuttles provided by Trans-Bridge Lines, Inc., an Official Musikfest Transportation Sponsor.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are grateful that Trans-Bridge continues to be an essential transportation partner to Musikfest and has been for many years,\u201d commented Kassie Hilgert, ArtsQuest President and CEO. \u201cWe are thrilled that Penn State Lehigh Valley has offered its Lehigh Valley campus as the new satellite parking for Bethlehem\u2019s SouthSide footprint at Musikfest. Making the festival more accessible just got easier with the convenience of this new Center Valley lot. Park your car, get on a Trans-Bridge shuttle and arrive at Musikfest, ready for a fantastic festival experience.\u201d<\/p>\n

“We are looking forward to another year partnering with Musikfest and continuing our well-established relationship for providing festivalgoers with bus service,\u201d said Tom Jebran, President of Trans-Bridge Lines. “Bus service allows Musikfest attendees to enjoy a cool, quiet ride to downtown Bethlehem without the need to look for parking or adding to traffic congestion in the area.”<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are a campus with a deep appreciation for the arts,\u201d said Penn State Lehigh Valley Chancellor, Dr. Tina Q. Richardson. \u201cWe take advantage of that in how we fulfill our land grant mission to offer access to education and enrichment throughout the commonwealth. This partnership is a natural extension of that work. It\u2019s been a pleasure to work with ArtsQuest and Lanta to help mitigate any strain on the City of Bethlehem\u2019s infrastructure while creating a stress-free option for the more than a million excited festivalgoers to travel to our region\u2019s most celebrated event.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Center Valley lot will be available starting on preview night \u2013 Thursday, August 1, operating Monday through Friday from 5 to 11 p.m. and Saturdays\/Sundays from noon to 11 p.m. The shuttles will provide non-stop service to Shuttleplatz South (Wind Creek parking lot). Round trip pricing is $9 per adult (13+); $7 per child (3-12) when accompanied by a fare-paying adult; and free for children (2 and under).<\/p>\n

In addition to the SouthSide satellite lot, the North Side lot continues to be located at Valley Center Parkway, 1525 Valley Center Parkway, in Bethlehem.<\/p>\n
